Roles and Responsibilities : Be an energetic self-starter who is proactive in holding yourself accountable to a consistent sales process. Spearhead the creation of custom sales proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide valuable marketplace input into company strategy Maintain expert knowledge of the product by keeping abreast of the company's solutions, competition, and proper positioning, with the ability to convey expertise to prospects and clients Maintain expert knowledge of products, with the ability to convey expertise to prospects and clients. Properly submit, update, and execute upon named account outreach & attraction-based sales plans in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain consistent quarterly production through the management of an active pipeline of opportunities. Provide proactive support towards Onboarding accounts. Regularly share your learnings and understanding about the market with the team. Identify new opportunities for creating partnerships and adding new channels to the sales funnel. Qualifications and Experience : 4-8 years of overall successful, sophisticated, consultative sales experience Experienced in selling at higher levels within an organization End End Sales experience Follow up on previous show-ups for demo scheduling Proven experience with SaaS Solutions (Preferred) Domain knowledge in strategic selling methodologies and processes, and digital marketing or analytics industries required Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Must be passionate, adaptable, intelligent, and self-motivated

Job Responsibilities Representing Zenatix in various corporate events and generating leads. Primarily managing end-to-end direct sales with end customers within the commercial buildings segment. Driving sales targets by creating a right mix of large and mid-sized deals. Designing the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, considering the counterparties preferences and goals. Leading and closing the deal, understanding the customer's requirements thoroughly, and tailoring the product pitch accordingly. Managing all contractual requirements and aligning the result with the company's internal operations and capabilities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must. Relevant experience of 3-8 years in managing direct sales, and partnerships for Enterprise solutions through channels and SIs. Experience in solutions and consultative sales. Networking and Relationship building. Proven record of driving results in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, sales environment. Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and startup-centric approach to the role. Can converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/ Business/ Department Heads). Has an entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking, and decision-making skills. Flexible to travel Intra and inter-cities if required. Strong problem-solving and creative skills. Strong sales and negotiation techniques. Attention to detail. Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies, and procedures. Prior knowledge of handling Building Management Systems and IoT-enabled technology will be an added advantage. Having an MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage. It is preferable that you understand HVAC systems, HVAC automation, and IoT technologies.
